Truck Parts is open 24/7 for your convenience.

All email enquiries will be answered Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm (excluding major public holidays).

All emails will be answered within one business day.

Order Process

Once successful payment has been made , we will facilitate fullfillment of your order ready for pickup or delivery as specified at time of placing the order. You will receive order confirmation & a copy of the tax invoice plus shipment notification via email during the order process. Average delivery is 3 days but no longer than 7 days. Goods are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. If you still have not received your order in this timeframe please contact us urgently on PH: 02 6060 9991 or via email Truck Parts

A tax invoice is issued with all purchases and will be emailed to the customer.

Out of Stock Policy

We endeavour to always have every item listed, actively in stock. However, occasionally (but rarely), due to high demand, short supply or human error, we may be temporarily out of stock of an item listed.

In this case, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund, or alternatively, wait for the item to arrive in stock (typically 3-14 days).

All purchases you make on Truck Parts are processed through secured payment gateways via Eway, Pay Pal & Afterpay.

Payment is made by secure pay and credit/debit card details are not retained by Truck Parts.
